1. Services Provided

Career Ignition provides strengths-based career development support, including:

  • 1:1 coaching sessions

  • Structured pathway programmes

  • CV, LinkedIn and interview guidance

  • Digital resources and workbooks

All services are developmental in nature and are not recruitment, legal, financial, or psychological services.

2. Booking & Payment

Sessions and programmes must be booked in advance.

Payment terms will be agreed before services begin.

Payment may be required in full prior to the first session unless otherwise agreed.

Career Ignition reserves the right to decline or discontinue services at its discretion.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

If Career Ignition needs to reschedule, reasonable alternative times will be offered.

4. Confidentiality

All coaching conversations are treated as confidential.

Information will not be shared with third parties unless:

  • Required by law

  • There is a risk of harm

  • You provide explicit consent

5. Client Responsibility

Coaching is a collaborative process.

You remain responsible for:

  • Decisions you make

  • Actions you take

  • Outcomes of career choices

Career Ignition provides structured guidance and support but does not guarantee specific job offers, promotions, or outcomes.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided — including workbooks, templates, guides, and written summaries — remain the intellectual property of Career Ignition.

They are for your personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, or shared without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Career Ignition will provide services with reasonable care and professionalism.

However, no liability is accepted for:

  • Career decisions made by the client

  • Loss of income or employment

  • Indirect or consequential loss

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

8. Data Protection

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be available on this website.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
